  • Administrative Support Services
  • Aviation Maintenance (Logistics & MRO)
  • Facility Support Services
  • Information Technology & Data Management
  • Maritime Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment
  • Warehousing & Supply Operations

Because an experienced contractor team is the critical difference to a customer’s mission, we begin with a strong management approach that listens to our customers and their service needs.  Through ProLog’s Integrated Performance Delivery framework, we set in motion a risk-free transition to full contract operations on Day One, bringing the contractor team, site support, and employees together as virtually one company to the customer.

ProLog’s management plan reflects the core values of our team—customer focus, hands-on leadership, aligned teamwork, effective cost management, attention to detail, ISO 9001:2008 compliance—including a two-pronged approach of centralized control and decentralized execution, plus 24/7 reachback capability to ensure our site managers have all the corporate tools they need to get the job done.

We embrace the saying, Mission First, People Always, and that is what we do.  With every new employee, we strive to nurture long-term relationships on an individual basis and readily initiate professional development activities to promote their personal growth and self-worth as part of the greater ProLog team.

We ensure that qualified personnel are properly equipped and trained to achieve optimum performance standards that will lead to superior quality deliverables.  Our organization structure and plan of execution reflect a systems-oriented approach that establishes clear lines of authority and communications, defines team roles, consolidates workflow, monitors costs, conducts subcontractor oversight, and tracks Quality Control metrics to make sure our work is safe and efficient.

ProLog also believes that Quality Control should lead to enhanced service opportunities that lead to measurable improvements and cost efficiencies for the customer.  We have a comprehensive methodology to identify, track, document trends, and analyze corrective action effectiveness, plus we conduct monthly reviews of all safety and health action items.  More than just a statistical benchmark for reports and trending, Quality Control brings people and services together at ProLog—not only because it encourages efficient contract performance and innovation from our employees, but also because it results in timely deliverables and cost savings for our customers.
